    Help please

I just posted this as a ticket with the helix stadium XL. I appreciate the answer above but it’s not accurate, many people use 2 amplifiers live and A/B switchers from clean to dirty amps with or without Fx trails and this pop does not occur. I play professionally and have toured with dual amp rigs. Also with tube amps with 3 channels (Mesa triple crown, rectifiers and Friedman BE 100) that I use live there is no abrupt loud click or burst when switching from clean to dirty channels either. I’ve tried using the “having them both loaded and enable/disable them or flip the mix parameter from 100 to 0 instead” while it fixes the click/burst the chunky tone I have using the soldano at high gain with it’s own dual cab’s loaded (with it’s own comp before the amp input, then eq, reverb and delay after the amp and cab) to a fender black face with it’s own dual cabs loaded - the heavy chunky full tone I get is thin and not nearly the same (or usable) when I use this mix parameter method. I’ve saved every block of every component as a favorite to recreate it using this flip the mix parameter from 100 to zero. The clean amp sounds closer to usable but this is really ridiculous for a digital piece of gear to not be able to switch cleanly within a snapshot. Every review and how to acknowledges the long latency of preset switching and recommends using snapshots which I have done with this result.
