  1. Description I am experiencing what appears to be a Wi-Fi subsystem issue on my Helix Stadium XL running Firmware 1.3.2. After the unit has been powered on for an extended period (typically after a few hours), the Wi-Fi functionality becomes completely unresponsive. Symptoms The Helix Stadium Edit app reports "Disconnected". Reconnecting from the app is not possible. On the Helix itself, selecting Scan/Search for Wi-Fi Networks never completes. The device remains indefinitely on "Searching...". Attempting to disable Wi-Fi also never completes. The loading spinner continues indefinitely. While previously known networks are still listed under Known Networks, they cannot be selected or reconnected. Options such as Rescan or Disconnect are no longer functional. The rest of the Helix continues to operate normally (audio, presets, UI, etc.). The only way to restore Wi-Fi functionality is to completely reboot the Helix Stadium XL. What I have verified Firmware version is 1.3.2. My Windows Surface remains connected to the same Wi-Fi network without any issues. Other devices on the network continue to work normally. This does not appear to be a router or Wi-Fi infrastructure issue. The problem only affects the Helix's Wi-Fi subsystem. Additional observations The issue appears to be more than just a lost Wi-Fi connection. The internal Wi-Fi service itself seems to become unresponsive because: Wi-Fi scanning never finishes. Wi-Fi cannot be turned off. Reconnection is impossible without rebooting the device. This makes me suspect that the internal Wi-Fi service or network manager is hanging rather than simply losing connection to the access point. Has anyone else experienced this on Firmware 1.3.2?
