to day my POD is back to normal again. After installing the update flash, unplug everything. and power up without any cable plug in (excepect the power cable). and the POD back to normal again

still can not solve the problem. if i power up the POD HD500 without guitar in jack plug in it shows "UPDATE FLASH". but if i plug in the guitar jack is shows my last patch but footswitch button doesn't work. i can't switch my patch or hold for tunner. all buttons don't work except the drive, bass , mid , treble and volume button.
