Just tried about everything. No matter what, the monkey application cannot see the amp. I have a Spider Valve HD100 Head MkII. I don't have the footswitch so I connected midi cables from my audio interface to the amp and made sure thet they were correct. But Monkey still only sees PODxt. When I tried to do it offline, I was able to reach another dialog box but cannot find the 'UPDATE From FILE' button. Can anyone help with this? My computer is OSX El Capitan and my Audio Interface is an RME Fireface 802 Firewire with MIDO IO. Would love to be able to update this to new FX and everything. Otherwise its a brick and I am just going to return it. Thank you.
