Good day - I bought a used Helix Floor yesterday; it's running 3.8. I did a factory reset, it's loaded only with default patches and IRs. Every now and then when going from one patch to another within the same bank using the foot switches, the unit just stops responding. It remains stuck on the patch I last selected and refuses to do anything else. The sound is not that of the patch either! Powering off/on solves the problem but as I bought this to perform live, it's a show stopper. Considered it's already running the latest firmware and uses only factory patches, I'm not quite sure what can be done?
