Dandesy…thank you so much! I just started messing around with the device without really knowing what i was doing and thought something went wrong, lol.

I’m new to the digital multi effects/modeler world. So I modified one of the factory presets on the helix stadium xl and clicked “save as new.” Now i cant get back to the factory presets and I only see the one I saved. All the other banks are blank. Is this a glitch or is there another way to get back to the factory presets that I’m not aware of? Thank you in advance!
