    That sounds super frustrating! You can definitely download the firmware update file directly to your computer first. Just head over to the official Line 6 updates page, select the Helix and your OS, and download the 3.82 installer manually. Once saved on your PC, launch HX Edit, connect your unit, and select the local file to update offline without relying on the app’s autodownloader.
