as subject says, I'm using a helix rack and recording over usb cable to a DAW (cakewalk sonar) on my PC. I really like that you can record both the effects channel (chan 1/2) and dry guitar (chan 7) at the same time, but channel 7 is so quiet and low level it doesn't seem right. I cant find any way to boost the level. google gemini says there is no way to boost chan 7 on the helix rack itself and I cannot find any way to boost the input volume in cakewalk sonar either.
unless i'm missing something...
