Recently purchased new Spider V 240 mkII and wireless connection didn't work with G10T relay. G50 relay does work but not with G10T. G10T does work with my Spider V 60. Global Settings Options indicate that wireless Auto by default applies to most optimized channel which in this case is Channel 1. However even when wireless setting was changed from OFF to Auto with Channel 1 still didn't connect. I changed wireless setting via manual mode and changed to Channel 2 and it connected. When changed from manual to Auto with channel 2 it remained connected. Possibly more quality control needs to be in place on all new 240s before being shipped to customers. This was my second new 240 as I returned the first defective one? delivered on 1/6 to Sweetwater where it was bought. Initially Sweetwater and myself couldn't figure out but when I got my second 240 today I was able to fix issue. I informed Sweetwater that I was able to resolve and if they could contact Line 6 parties they know. I would enter my own comments on Line 6 forum and see if you would respond.
