Is there a way to reset the tunings and pickup selections using Workbench? -
I was actually pushing the knob....I didn't realize where it said save was the actual button....duh! Thanks guys :-)

I'm trying to save presets on the unit, when I press the save button nothing happens...or it doesn't show the right screen. In other words, I can't get rid of the asterisk on the display. I'm having tons of issues with this thing. I follow directions but it never works. I love what this thing CAN do I just wish I could get it to do it for me!

I just purchased a Rhythm Treble switchplate for my JTV and there aren't enough threads on the toggle switch to put it on. Can a Les Paul toggle switch be installed or is it a completely different type of toggle?

Ok I've downloaded the Workbench HD but it won't connect my guitar til its upgraded to 2.0...How do I do that? I can't find anything to tell me how to or where to find it!
