Is it possible to change the MIDI PC Message that is sent when selecting a preset? For example when I am in preset mode and I select preset 12A I want to send PC 3. Thanks in advance!

So I normally use an Atomic Wedge (powered) with my Helix. I recently plugged into my ISP Stealth power amp and JetCity 2x12 and almost every preset now has this obnoxious high pitched squeal. Any ideas what would be causing that? Thanks, Pete
