Looks like it's exactly the same but they don't have the pocket dimensions on the listing. Hoping someone else out there might have a different bag they've got experience with but otherwise I might just end up replacing with the same one.

Yeah, I am also having the same problem. I have just updated to OSX 10.11 and it's exactly the same issue. Albeit my mac is mid 2011, everything else works fine (so far), but this is really bugging me too for the same reasons as most before me who've commented.
