Thanks, but I already knew how to restore factory presets. The problem is that the factory presets included with the latest firmware eliminated the Austin Lead and Austin Clean. It's evidently not part of the firmware any longer. I'm hoping someone who still has the older firmware could export these two presets for me and upload them here.

Well I just updated to the latest firmware and lost two of my favorite presets in the process. I'll be more careful next time. I would have thought Line 6 would add presets, but never delete them. Would any kind soul out there be willing to upload the Austin Lead and Austin Clean presets to this forum so that I can restore them to my Helix? Thank you very much in advance! -Ross
