  1. Odd problem: When I do a bass run while using the electronic capo (Example: open A, B, C#, (5th string) to open D (4th string)), the D sounds a Q flat. OK, that's an attempt at humor. The note is somewhere between B and B flat, and the tone sounds like someone stepped on a duck. This also happens, sometimes, in the Folk 12 model. Additional info: it happens in all 6-string models when I am using the electronic capo to lower the pitch. The problem is more pronounced when I am plucking the strings hard. It doesn't matter whether I'm using bare fingers (classical style), finger picks or a flat pick. So the question is: Do I just live with it, or is this a fixable problem due to some hardware failure? So far, I have just changed some of my arrangements to work around the bass run.
