Can`t download workbench HD on Windows 10

Hi, workbench HD does not download on my Windows 10 Computer. I`ve tried several times via Monkey and the Line 6 page Downloads. I use a Variax Interface direct to the PC, Variax Standart, Helix. Any ideas??? Greetings Sascha!
