  1. Thanks, posted a ticket now. Pretty uncommon to provide support for as old products as these, we'll see what happens...
  2. Yeah, those are the codes for normal operation. This is not what is happening right now. On page 14 it says that if the unit fails to operate, it will show a series of colors to help diagnose the problem. I see series of colors, but I find no information on how to use these to diagnose the problem.
  3. My backtrack stopped working. The manual states "If your unit fails to operate normally, it may show a series of colors to help in diagnosing the problem." It sure does, but I have been unable to find a list to decipher the sequence of blinks it is displaying. I suspect it might have to do with full memory somehow. Before complete breakdown it was flashing purple and the unit froze intermittently. It could be restarted by pressing the hidden button above the headphone symbol. Not connected to USB it will now show a fast sequence of all colors for a couple of seconds, then turn dark. Plugged in it shows purple blinks (low memory) followed by 3 white, 2 red, 2 green, 1 white blink. I suspect this an error code. The unit is not recognized by my Windows computer any more. I'm guessing it is beyond salvaging, but any help would be appreciated. Cheers Jens
