I've reset my pod after error code 01. With Monkey software, I powered on into safe mode and updated usb driver and the device is recognized by usb with the correct device name, and ESN, but the firmware version installed is unknown. If I power on the device normally (no safe mode), it turns on and off continuously and it is impossible to do anything. I am using a pc with windows 10, there is any chance to install a firmware? I know that te device is old, but I think that is died yet. The device after my reset is working, I only have this problem.
