I've just opened the box on my brand new Helix and was very excited, however, straight out of the box the footswitch behaviour seems bizarre and I can't seem to correct it in any settings.
It seems FS11 selects FS8 or a previous patch depending on how it's feeling, and FS12 selects FS11. The rest of the footswitches appear to do nothing when pressed. Doesn't matter if it's in "preset" or "bank" mode.
