    Ok, just to report back, though this forum seems to be pretty dead anyways... I received the Sonic Port today and I'm very happy with it. I've been playing it with a passive bass to Ampkit on the iPad and it sounds very good, level is ok and no noise at all. Didn't try guitar yet.

    Since a bit time has passed... Can you guys confirm that Sonic Port does work reliably with Amplitube and Ampkit on iPad? Is the same true for Mobile In? I'm going to upgrade from an iRig (which is too noisy) to either the iRig HD, Ampkit Link HD or Sonic Port and this is a critical issue for me. Thx!
