I have downloaded and updated my amp and reset it according to instructions. When I went in to the app to reload I show 25 banks. Only bank 1 has presets - for every other bank it shows <empty?> on a,b,c,d slots. When I press on the arrow it gives me a failed to load error. I have no idea how to fix this.
