I created 3 of my owner presets on my HX stomp using the Helix Editor. I saved the presets all through out the process on both Helix Stomp and Editor multiple times. After I turn off the Stomp and turn i back all that remains of my presets is the name. All the programming, blocks, effects is gone. The original preset that came with the box are still there. What the hell?! Love the unit but this is unacceptable. Good luck to you if you going to use for a gig.
