Sorry, I think I was not clear ... after I tried to connect, it seems that the channel 1 of the mixer was faulty .. he is only noise .. channel 2 is normal. and now I'm trying to connect a guitar ... not the sound card. I made a new video with the problem ... and also realized that when I do not put the whole plug have sound but with noise and when I put the whole plug just keep the noise. channel 2 works ok. the problem happens only on channel 1. see new video .... thanks a lot...

hello. This morning I tried to connect my StageSource L3T on my sound card (steinberg mr816csx). I would like to change the equalization decided to connect the channel 1 of the mixer L3T. Unfortunately it after trying (unsuccessfully) to channel 1 of L3T started making noise. Like white noise. What could have happened? The service here is very far and is usually expensive.
