Brand new Helix user here, though i have been using Line 6 pedals for many years starting with the POD XT Live about 20+ years ago....
Sorry if this has already been addressed ad nauseum. I did a search but could find no info.
I bought a Helix Floor two days ago and have been trying to edit/create patches using HX Edit and the Helix keeps freezing up during simple operations and the only option is to power it down and restart it. When it happends, HX Edit says "Lost Connection" and when i click "reconnect" it says it can find no qualifying prodcts connected. I am connecting by USB to Windows 10 and have the latest Helix firmware update which i just did this morning. I have about 50 patches I need to edit so I can use the Helix live and it really takes a lot of time to have to stop and restart every time it crashes.
