Hey Guys, I've decided to update my Helix Rack to the newest firmware. When it starts it says rebuilding presets, then jumps from 220 to 771 and it freezes. The rotating thingy in the screen stops and it doesn't do anything. It also can't connect to HX-edit, doesn't recognize the Helix. I've tried starting it up without usb connected, same thing. Anybody has an idea?
