    My Helix froze in the middle of my update to 2.82. It got all the way to "Rebuilding preset 641" It stayed like that for about an hour. I tried to just reboot the Helix but it boots up to that point and stays there. I uninstalled and reinstalled the updater and edit but now the updater won't even recognize my unit. I need help please
