Updating from 2.71 to 2.8 and followed update instructions to the letter, and it has now been frozen on the "Boot Failure" screen for 5 hours. Ive tried to reset the unit and restart the update but now the updater doesn't recognize any devices. Does anyone know how to reset the Helix so I can re start the updater? (Ive already tried the standard the power up while holding down switch 7+8) Thanks
