Hello, the USB port of my Sonic Port VX device (out of warranty now) has some problem and does not work. it seems to work if I move the USB connector probably because there is some pin that got broken internally. But it is totally unstable. I would like to open the case and try to fix it with a solderer, but I can't see how to open the case. The connector for the lighting cable is ok, but I need the device to work with the Mac. How do I open the case?
