Where are the new drivers?
Windows 11 and new laptops have memory integrity for a reason. I feel unsecure that there not new driver and firmware updates to correct this issue. I have always liked my Line 6 products, but drivers not being updated for such an extended amount of time leads me to believe you are walking away from your older products like HD500X and UX2. Support for new OS and hardware is critical for Line 6 future success, no way I am buying more Line 6 products until firmware and driver updates support older products. I get that it is hard to keep up for new OS and hardware improvements, but I would think in a 3 to 4 year period you could have found the time to get this critical step completed for your existing user base.
