  1. I updated my MAC (non M1) to Big Sur and loaded Logic X. All working as it should.... I’m using the updated 3.01 Native.
  2. Just an update, i went ahead and updated Native and seems to be working like a charm on OS Mojave. Works with Logic X and Mainstage 3 too...

    Low Volume

Thanks for the feedback. I’m using Helix in Mainstage 3. I tried it in Logic X and it was a lot louder. It’s probably a setting in Mainstage that I’m missing.

    Low Volume

I have Helix Native with MacBook OS Mojave and a thunderbolt T4 audio interface. For some reason, all of the presets sound low. When I play along a backing track, I have to set it very low in order for me to play along. Is there a setting i'm missing to make the preset louder without clipping? Any help is greatly appreciated.
  5. I noticed that Helix Native 1.81 download page does not list macOS Mojave. It only goes up to macOS High Sierra. But on the 1.80, it does list Mojave. Was this just an oversight or is 1.81 not compatible?
  6. Is there a way to set up the Gio to control the snapshots?? Especially in mainstage 3
  7. I was wondering what is the best way to add a boost to the signal without much tone change. I plan to have snapshot 1 clean , snapshot 2 - gain , snapshot 3 same as 2 but with lead boost I’m new to the Stomp so any help is appreciated. Thanks, Ben
  8. I just bought a new G30 and the sticker stated that its has been shipped with the RF2 enabled and is also capable of running in RF1 mode. How do I switch it to RF1 mode just in case I need to during a gig? It says to visit http://line6.com/support/docs/DOC-2645for instructions but it only leads me to the support page of the Line 6 website. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Ben
