Thanks to everyone for chiming in :) I exported all my custom presets to my mac and did the factory reset. I've dragged some of my customs back in and it's all working. Much appreciated!!!!

Hi there; I've had an HX stomp for about 2 years and have used it live a lot for shows where there were no cabs allowed (band plus orchestra) etc. Rather stupidly, when I first got it there were no factory presets on it but I knew nothing about what to expect out of the box or that it needed a factory restore/reset... I just went directly to making my own presets and now I have about 30 of them. If I do a factory restore or whatever you call it I'll get all the factory presets I never had but will lose all my custom presets I put so much time into. How do I restore the factory presets that should be in the empty spaces on my preset list without losing my custom presets? Is there somewhere I can just import specific factory presets from?
