I've downloaded tones and setlists to my PC, but when I try and import them to the Helix (using the Helix software) I get an error code (4294966879). Does anyone know what that error code means and what I might do to fix it. I have already re-downloaded the software/driver and turned everything on/off a few times. No difference.

Does anyone know if/how you can control Stagesource speaker modes via Helix? I have an L2T that I want to use lying horizontally in Ref/PA mode, but each time I power it on it detects that it is horizontal and switches into Floor Monitor mode. Is there a way of building commands into the Helix patches that tell the Stagesource which speaker mode to use?
