Did you set global settings headphone monitor to xlr? If set to All you will be adding in the 1/4" out with no cab sim.

Did you backup your presets before update, install new v2 line 6 edit, then update to v2 firmware, reset system with 9+10 (5+6 for the rack unit), then reload presets to conform them to the new firmware?
Update doesn't seem to limit dsp for me in anyway
