HX Effects - Amp Channel Switching with EXT AMP outputs

Could the same thing be accomplished with the HX stomp since it has command center? I have the PRS MT15, which changes channels with the included FS1M (single button footswitch), but would prefer to change channels with the HX stomp (more room on my pedalboard).
