Trying to hook up my POD XT Live to a Peavy XXX tube head. Want to use it only for effects.
Anytime I try and connect it there is huge interference coming from a neighbors TV or something. I just hooked it up to try and get a delay working and instead I got witty banter from Craig Fergusson. Now I love Craig Fergusson as much as the next guy, but I want a nice delay instead.
I am new to this forum. Owned this XT for a few years but only used it with headphones. Now am trying to hook it through the amp and not sure how it is supposed to be done, or even if it can be done.
I did read the instructions on how to hook it up. My guitar input is into the pedalboard input. The output to the amp is the left/mono. The line/amp switch is set to amp. The level is at midnight. I have EMG pickups so I set the Norm/PAD switch to PAD. But I also tried it on normal, same issue.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
