    Hi, say I wan't to connect my Spider Valve MkII hd100 to my computer's audio interface via Direct Out (Studio Mode). I understand that in Studio Mode you can run the amp in Standby and still get the signal from Direct Out, right? The dumb question is do I need to load the amp with a cab (don't have one at home at the moment...) if the amp will remain in Stanby?
