Ok 2 parts I dont understand what do you mean effects and helix amp? Sorry if I sound dumb here. I have a Peters amp head that I want to use the clean channel on with effects chorus, delay etc. And use the syn1 for the distortion channel with effects also I called sweetwater and there technical support team was stumped so now the only way I can use the syn1 and helix is through just the power amp of my amp.

I was wondering how to hook up my helix with the syn 1 and my guitar amp. I looked all over the and cant find out how to make it so I can add extra channels to my amp with the synergy but bypass it to use the channels on my amp and still use the helix for pre and post effects.
