I have Pod Farm 2.5 (version 2.59.0 x64) and have recently purchased a Zoom TAC-8 audio converter. The issue I am having is when I DI my guitar into any of the input ports and fire up POD Farm, the audio is terrible. The volume on the card is set low and the input channel volume is set low yet it sounds like the signal is blasting and I am not getting the correct sound from any of the amp models. They all sound like a heavily over driven clean DI sound with speaker distortion.
I have checked and changed the sample rate for the Tac-8 and I have also made sure it is in stand alone mode, not set as pre-amp. Either way I still get the same results. Was wondering if anyone else had similar problems with Audio interfaces or this particular product and how to fix it?
I'm assuming it's something I'm missing as audio playback is fine.
