using spider 4 150 watt combo and fbv shortboard mkii, when usb isnt connected to fbv board all buttons work, however when i connect it to usb, the board displays: CH I PGM I and no buttons work why is this? how do i fix it

using spider 4 150 combo, with fbv shortboard mk2, i open up line 6 spider 4 edit, new tone, wah as fassel, adjust it to 100%, save the tone, double click on another, then back to the recently save tone that saved it as 100%, but recalls at 0, even thought fbv shortboard position is at 100% this is really a hasstle especially when switching tones live
