Wake up, guys - please! Gearbox and Line 6 Edit are defunct - they're useless unless you're running very old computers (Windows 8 or Mac OSX 10.8). In effect, it means Line 6 are not willing to stand by their products. It's not a huge task to update software to keep it compliant - almost trivial, in fact - clearly they don't care much for their users, no matter how supportive and loyal to the brand we've been. If you're affected by this, make a noise!!!

Neither Gearbox or Line 6 Edit work with latest Mac & Windows operating systems. The lack of up to date software support makes these devices almost useless (or, at least, not reliably useful 'cos you can't back up patches now). If Line 6 think this is going to make me update by buying their later products, they're sadly mistaken. No reliable support for the reasonable life of a product = I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Smart move, Line 6. Great business model.

This would be good advice - IF Gearbox and/or Line 6 Edit were compatible with current Mac and Windows operating systems - they're not, so what now?!
