Polycapo is not working correctly after the 1.41 update...

Whenever I use a polycapo, it sounds like two guitars are playing at the same time—it’s very strange. It wasn’t like this before, and the mix settings are perfectly configured. Maybe i can record a video to show, I try later. -
Polycapo was working perfectly for me before the update, but since the update, it’s started having bugs related to sound mixing—is anyone else experiencing this issue?
