This is still an issue in 2021! So frustrating..sort it out Line 6. Great amp ruined by this terrible software

I can't load tones from the tone search library. Every one I click on says tone loading error. Amplifi Remote is connected and next to the amp I've tried restarting the amp, phone and software but t still won't load anything. Also sometimes says `Invalid token`. Any ideas anyone? tia. :)
