With all that hooked up would the Helix's controller do the channel changing?

What's goin on everyone? I just ordered my Helix and I was curious if anyone knew if I'd be able to hook the Helix to IRT Studio and with the channels on the Laney with Helix foot controller? This is my first rack mounted system and I wanted to get some advice on if what I asked was possible. Thank all
