I'm wondering will I damage my HX stomp if I use it's headphone out connected directly to a 8 ohm guitar cab? This produces enough volume for bedroom practicing, but the volume on the hx needs to be cranked pretty much to full to get enough volume for playing.
I cannot find anywhere the minimum impedance for the headphone out. And I think that having the volume at maximum for long period of times kind of pushes the headphone out's amp to it's limits.
Edit: Warning: you must use stereo cable, so that the other side of headphone amp is not short circuited. Normal mono plug cable is not good.
Is anyone else doing this?
