I'm trying to update my Helix to 2.8.  I backed up my presets, downloaded the new Line 6 Editor, then began to update.  It was taking a long time, and I left to go on an errand.  While I was gone, my laptop timed out.  When I returned and woke my laptop back up, the update had paused and my Helix said, "Boot Failure. Entered Update Mode."  I read another forum about updating to HX Edit; the forum mentioned that the update finished after updating.  I did that update, plugged in my Helix and it is still stuck on the Boot Failure message, and the Edit page says on the bottom, "Reconnect.  Connection Interrupted."  After hitting reconnect and even moving the USB to another port multiple times, still nothing is happening.  I then rebooted the Helix while pressing buttons 9 & 10, to no avail.  What now?  I need my Helix for tomorrow!!
