Nobody can Help me?

I was hoping some one could help me. I have a flextone III Plus 1x12 and the problem is none of the buttons or Amp Models or Mod Or delay rotary's work and the lights flash like its the fourth of july light show. The funny thing is there is still sound and the Drive, Treble, Middle, Bass, Prescence, Volume and Master all work fine(I attached a pic to show what works and what doesn't Red Bad, Green Works). Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
