Just updated to firmware 3.11. Helix worked for 5 minutes then developed loud static. It stops when you unplug the guitar cable. With or without guitar. Tried different cables. Different power outlets. Static comes over headphones. Guitar will play through it. Sound changes a little different tones and presets. Using Variax guitar with variax cable works fine. Any known problems or fixes with guitar jack?
