  1. Response to support ticket I opened worked completely - basically put unit in update mode by restart with 6 & 12 button held down then rerun the updater.
  2. I opened a support ticket and was able to follow their recommendation to fix - it worked after a few tries!! yahoo up and running although I had to reset some global settings to get switching to work correctly for snapshot/preset control.
  3. I have had the same thing happen!! My LT is dead in the water and i need it running tomorrow for important rehearsal (aren't they all important!!!). I opened a support ticket bu5 it is saying 3 days to get back - totally unacceptable for me !!!
