I moved to another state and purchased a new laptop because my other one got damaged during the move. I reinstalled podfarm and updated to 2.57 and my driver and license updated. I have all my software installed onto an external hard drive as well so if something happens to my computer I can easily access my software. I went to reinstall the platinum update and it says c:ProgramDataLine 6L6TWXYL6TWXY.dll: unknown version.
I am not sure why this happened and can't get it to install. I checked line 6 monkey for the purchased software and nothing. I have the platinum update software on my external hard drive and even went as far as trying installing it to my laptop and still no install on update. My computer has Windows 7 Ultimate and so did my other laptop. I'm at a loss. :(
