JTV lost mags output on both 1/4 and VDI

I the input select should ok on Helix. I typically record multi wet/dry and mags... so I'm using those settings alot. I am currently remote and getting back to this issue. I dont have the helix with me. I am trying a 1/4 to my amp and no output. I just want to check again but same as with various confs and helix. Previously With the VDI or o1/4 TS, I only get models. This was true with Helix on my last recording day. I lost the mags and only models came through with VDI/Helix/USB/StudioOne chain. I tried some isolation checks. No luck. Thanks in advance -
Typically use VDI to Helix interface. Just lost the magnetics. I tried 1/4" cable and no output. still have model outputs on both. Thanks in advance

I have 2 units. First one came 3/5/21 has firmware 8.00.0b. 2nd unit arrived today. started firmware update and the latest version is 2.00.xx. Should i reflash #1?
