I have a similar problem. Line 6 Monkey cannot install the Drivers. PC crashes and PC goes to a Window Stop Code mode restarting. How to reset so install will proceed ? I am using Window 10.

Is there a software based editor on a windows 10 pc, where I can open the saved X3 tone patches in an .x3m file, rearrange the tones to alternate locations so I can then upload the modified saved X3 patch configuration ? I want to move all the patches around, and wonder if the re-arrangement can be done on a PC using the saved .x3m file.
